When we talk about superior coverage, we’re not just speaking of covering you’re clients ‘sparkle’ (grey coverage – Check out our blog)
In this feature blog we’re showcasing extraordinary transformations from our Leyton House salons and educators around the world and the superior quality of the results they’ve gained – expect the unexpected!
THE BIG REVEAL
One of the most memorable transformations was back in 2020 when we filmed Simon Says Episode 6 featuring highlight and lowlights. Our model Kaisha arrived with virgin hair that had no depth or style. Kaisha was truly transformed into chic young woman with earthy hues, blunt fringe to highlight her face and yet very salon friendly.
COPPER COVERAGE
ALEXIS ERICKSON hair and makeup artist makes correction and coverage look so easy with her Fall Spices hair colour look. We’re loving seeing this amazing artist grow and challenge herself throughout her hairdressing career.

Using Leyton House Couture Silk 5.6/5R mixed with .62 Red Violet Rouge at the base and melted into .4 Copper Rouge .
Coverage doesn’t always have to be about covering grey hair, there are times when your client needs a serious …
…COLOUR RESET
Every now and then you’ll get that client that’s left their hair for so long you literally need to hit the reset button.
STOP! THINK! CONSIDER!
Consult with your client about their hair history, look at the porosity and damaged of the hair if any.
Global Educator, Dale Smith’s motivation is about making sure his clients look and feel beautiful no matter of age or gender. Dale says, ‘job satisfaction comes from knowing when your client leaves the salon, they look amazing and more importantly they’re 100% satisfied with their results and service I’ve provided’.

LOCKDOWN LONG-GROWTH
A similar scenario to Dale Smith but a geographical change to Poland where educator Lukasz Rolnik obtains superior coverage with grace and transform dull dark regrowth to a cool toned icy blonde as pale as white with a subtle touch of violet hues. To get that platinum colour, patience is required as may not be achievable in one sitting unless.
In this case Lukasz achieved the desired results and the hair is kept in fabulous condition yet again by using Alpine Blonding Crème and using the Leyton House Demi Permanent collection, a gentle ammonia free colouring system particularly when used with .000 clear which not only dilutes but also contains treatment keratin properties to look after and care the hair.
